Use of This Website
By using this website you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information about our roofing services and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or a written proposal.
Estimates & Proposals
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Pricing is confirmed only in a written proposal after an inspection, and may change if concealed damage such as rotted decking is discovered once work begins. Any change is discussed with you before it proceeds.
Scheduling & Weather
Roofing work depends on weather and material availability. We may reschedule work when conditions would compromise safety or installation quality.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and progress payments are set out in your signed proposal. Late balances may be subject to collection costs permitted by New Jersey law.
Warranties
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your proposal. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms. Warranties do not cover damage from storms, structural movement, neglected maintenance or work performed by others.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
